Boba tea (also pearl milk tea or bubble tea) is a sweet drink that are mixed with milk tea powder, flavored tea and added tapioca pearls. Tapioca pearls are sucked up through an extra-large straw and chewed. The tapioca pearls have a soft, chewy consistency similar to gummy candy.
How to make pearl milk tea :

Material: Ceylon black tea (or Assam black tea), milk tea powder, fructose. Ice cube
(Tea-to-water ratio: 1:45)
Example:
Ceylon Black Tea 100g (0.2lb)
4500 c.c. (141 oz) of water
1-A. Make black tea:
Boil the water to 95°C with a deep pot.
1-B. Milk tea recipe: black tea soup 230cc / creamer powder 35g / fructose 20cc mix well. Add 200g ice cube together and then shake it ( Fresh milk can replace for the non-dairy creamer powder)

Boba Pearl: water weight ratio 1:8 / boil 35 mins and then braise 30 mins
EX:
Boba Pearl 500g (1.1 lb)
Water 4000 c.c. (141 oz)
Brown sugar (fructose) 110 c.c. (3.6 oz)
2-A. Pour boba pearls into the sieve to remove the broken residual powder.
2-B. Bring 4000cc water to a boil in a deep pot, and add the boba pearls. Stir to prevent pearls from sticking together and bring it to a boil again,
2-C. As the pearls float to the surface of the water, start a timer for 35 minutes. Half cover the pot, and lower the heat to medium (Stir the Boba Pearl every 5 minutes).

2-E. Drain the tapioca pearls and rinse under cold water
2-F. Then put them into the pot and add brown sugar (fructose).
Rest the pearls for 10 minutes before using them
3. Add pearls (boba) to milk tea
Boba Pearl Milk Tea is a pearl milk tea. You can also use matcha powder, taro powder and chocolate powder to make pearl milk tea with different flavors.
